1 pound Parker House Special Sausage
2 cups soft bread cubes
½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 can mushroom pieces and stems, drained and chopped
½ cup evaporated milk
½ teaspoon salt
Combine sausage, bread cubes, onion and mushrooms. Mix together milk, egg, mustard and salt. Add milk to mixture to sausage mixture. Pack into ungreased 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch heat-proof glass loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350°F oven 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes, drain fat.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
