4 Parker House Hot Smoked Links, cut ¼ inch thick
4 English muffins, split
1 (10 ½ ounce) can tomato soup
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown links, drain. Add tomato soup; simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Lightly toast cut sides of muffins. Spoon mixture on muffins. Top with cheese. Sprinkle oregano over cheese. Bake in 400°F oven 3 to 5 minutes.
Yield: 8 sandwiches.
