1 (1 pound) package Parker House Hot Link or Polish Sausage or Special Sausage(pre-cook)
2 cups soft bread cubes
2 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten slightly
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cut sausage into desired pieces. Fry sausage until lightly browned; put aside. Layer 1 cup bread cubes in buttered 1-quart heat-proof glass casserole. Add sausage; top with remaining 1 cup bread cubes. Combine milk, eggs and seasonings. Pour slowly over bread and sausage in casserole. Set in shallow pan on over rack; pour hot water around casserole 1 inch deep. Bake in 350°F oven 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings.
