BASIC DIRECTIONS

 

Cut sausage into slices of desired size. Place in cold pan; add ¼ cup water. Cover; cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove cover; continue to cook and brown, turning once.

Polish Sausage and Hot smoked Links: Add ½ cup water to sausage. Cover; simmer 20 minutes, turning once.

When using Parker House Special Sausage, remember to remove sausage casing and pre-cook for some recipes.
