1 pound Parker House Special Sausage
1 tablespoon grated onion
14 canned peach halves, drained
Whole cloves, optional
½ cup soft bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Combine sausage, onion, bread crumbs, pepper and salt. Shape into 14 balls. Brown; drain. Arrange peaches cut side up in 13x9x2 inch pan. Stud peach edges with 4 cloves. Place sausage balls in peach halves. Bake in 350°F oven 20 to 25 minutes.
Yield: 7 servings.
