SAUSAGE-NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 pound Parker House Special Sausage,
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
2 cups noodles, uncooked
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ cup wate
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
1 can tomatoes, undrained
1 cup grated pasteurized processed American cheese

Brown sausage; drain. Mix in onion and celery. Spread noodles over sausage mixture. Sprinkle seasoning over noodles. Combine tomatoes, ½ cup cheese and water. Pour tomato mixtures over noodles. Cover; simmer over medium heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese.

Yield: 4 servings.
