1 pound Parker House Special Sausage
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 (10 ½ ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
Combine sausage and bread crumbs. Shape into 10 patties. Brown on both sides; drain. Combine soup, water and poultry seasoning. Add soup mixture to patties. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cooked noodles.
Yield: 5 servings.
