STUFFED BREAD

2 pounds Parker House Special Sausage
½ cup chopped onion
Butter
1 loaf Vienna bread
1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
1 cup water

Brown sausages and onion; drain. Cut bread in half crosswise. Hollow out center to ½ inch from crust; reserve crumbs. Combine sausage mixture, crumbs, sauce and water. Stuff bread halves with sausage mixture. Put cut edges together. Lightly spread crust with butter. Wrap loaf securely in aluminum foil. Bake in 400°F oven 15 to 20 minutes. Slice into serving pieces.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
